Introduction


The QZM11 high-precision bidirectional DC meter is ideal for solar storage, EV chargers and DC telecom power systems.

It achieves 0.2% RMS voltage/current accuracy and 0.5% power accuracy, supporting up to 1000V DC voltage and 75mV shunt current input, with Class 0.5 / Class 1 metering grades. Dual isolated pulse outputs with 4000VRMS isolation enable external data transfer.
Dual two-wire half-duplex RS485 ports support Modbus-RTU & DL/T645-2007 protocols (600–9600bps) for remote configuration and 3-decimal data reading. A battery-powered RTC delivers <0.5s/day time error, paired with multi-tariff billing, 12-month settlement records, event logs and multi-mode data freeze for complete energy management.
The white-backlit LCD ensures clear low-light readout. It runs on a universal 85–265V AC/DC power supply with ≤1W power consumption, operating steadily at -25°C~+60°C (extreme -40°C~+70°C) under ≤95% non-condensing humidity.
Compact 90×77×65mm DIN rail size (252g) fits standard cabinets, while Level 2 & Level 4 dual password protection prevents unauthorised tampering for safe industrial & residential DC power monitoring.

Main Function


1. Parameter Measurement
Supports real-time measurement of DC voltage, current, and power.
2. Bidirectional Energy Metering
Separately measures forward & reverse energy, with configurable total energy calculation. Accumulates energy consumption by peak, flat & valley time periods.
3. Settlement Storage
Auto-saves power data at preset settlement dates (month-cross settlement). Stores historical settlement records of the latest 12 months, with customizable settlement day/hour/month via communication.
4. Multi-Tariff Time-of-Use Function
Built-in high-precision RTC with backup battery, auto leap year adjustment. Supports peak/flat/valley 4-rate schemes, flexible annual & daily time schedules, minimum 15-minute time interval, and holiday special rates. Complies with DL/T645-2007 standard.
5. Event Logging
Records up to 10 logs respectively for meter clearing, time calibration, parameter programming, active energy mode modification and settlement date adjustment, with corresponding timestamps and original data.
6. Multi-Mode Data Freeze
Multiple freeze modes including instantaneous, timed, daily, hourly and schedule-switch freeze, storing massive historical frozen data of forward/reverse total energy, tariff-based energy and real-time power.
7. Display & Button
Wide LCD screen with white backlight for clear reading under dim light.
8. Dual RS485 Communication
Dual RS485 ports for parameter configuration and data reading. Adopts DL/T645-2007 protocol and supports 3-decimal data acquisition.
9. Hierarchical Access Permission & Security
Two-level password protection (Level 2 & Level 4) as per DL/T645:
·Level 2 password: Clear data, configure all parameters, edit all passwords
·Level 4 password: Basic parameter setting only, no data clearing authority
