The QCM12 is an IC card prepaid meter designed for flexible and secure energy management. It supports multi-tariff billing, bi-directional energy measurement, and comprehensive event recording. With RS485 and infrared communication interfaces, overload protection, and automatic credit management, the QCM12 provides greater visibility and control for modern prepaid metering applications.
Hybrid Communication Architecture: Integrated with localized Infrared and RS485 serial communication, with flexible plug-and-play expansion modules of 3G,4G, GPRS, RF, and PLC to support macro-grid remote telemetry.
Advanced Cryptographic Event Auditing: Features an elite internal logging matrix that records granular system warnings, including specific date-stamped IC card crack events, overdraft power usage logs, and case cover opening tamper attempts.
Flexible Multi-Tariff Economics: Programmed with comprehensive Time-of-Use (TOU) billing capabilities and a high-resolution 6+2 digit LCD display, permitting complex multi-tariff scheduling to mirror dynamic grid pricing structures.
