Introduction


The QCM31 three-phase prepayment IC Card meter supports bidirectional active energy metering for factories and commercial sites. Compatible with 50/60Hz grids, it covers a wide voltage range 0.7Un–1.3Un and multiple current specs up to 3×100A, with ultra-low starting current for accurate low-load reading.

It adopts a one-meter-one-card IC card recharge system with overdraft function and auto power cut when the balance is exhausted. Integrated overload alarm, self-diagnosis, TOU multi-tariff billing, and abnormal event recording meet automated power settlement demands. Dual IR & RS485 interfaces enable remote data reading and configuration, paired with a 6+2 digit LCD display.
Low power consumption: ≤10VA for voltage loop and ≤4VA for current loop. Rated IP54 protection, stable operating temperature from -25℃ to +65℃, storage range -35℃~+75℃ under ≤85% humidity. Compact size 220×145×71mm, net weight 1.4kg, reliable for three-phase prepaid power management projects.
